Personalization Instructions
Select the item you would like to personalize and enter the following information:

Name(s) and date(s), or text, exactly like you want it embroidered.
We have them listed as First line of text, Second line of text, etc
Due to space limitations on some items we may limit the date to numbers.
Example: November 8, 2011 will be embroidered 11/8/2011.

Choosing your thread color(s).
Throws - Click the drop down box and simply choose your desired color.
Afghans - In the memo box indicate your thread color choices.
For example - red flowers, royal blue ribbon, red lettering
Put "As Shown" if wanting same colors as example.
If no selections are made, we will choose for you.

What message do you want included on card?
If sending your item to someone else as a gift we can include a "Gift For You Enclosure Card". Just tell us what you want it to say. That's all there is to it.
This is available on selected items only.

Add any additional information.
If you need to let us know any additional information about your item include it here.

Please be sure to include a valid email address and phone number when filling out your billing information.
