We have many products to choose from and it would be nearly impossible to stock everything in our warehouse.  We try to keep the most popular items in stock at all times.  We are especially busy during the holidays so please, order early to insure enough time to receive your order within your timeframe.

Shipping Prices Are As Follows:

Shipping charges are added during checkout. We use USPS Priority Mail as our perferred shipper, UPS and Fed Ex are also available upon request. To maximize our shipping discounts we reserve the right to use specific shipping carriers for certain items.

Drop Ship Items:
KNK Throws will gladly ship your item directly to your recipient.  As a courtesy to our customers we do not charge a "drop shipment fee".  We also include, at no charge, a "Gift For You Card" with your message inside.  Tell us who & where to send it to! That's all there is to it...

-Non Personalized Drop Ship Items - Are usually shipped directly from the weaver to your door. These items generally take from 7 to 10 days to ship. In some instances it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
-Personalized Drop Ship Items - Are usually shipped directly to us for personalization at the time of purchase unless it is a item we keep in stock.  Check item description for "stock status".  Additonal delivery time maybe needed for some personalized items.

In Stock Items:
Most in stock items ship within 48/72 hours, including personalized items.
Check item description to check stock status.

Out Of Stock Items:
Most out of stock items are usually shipped within 10 working days after the order is placed.  Out of stock items that require personalization may require additional time for shipment.  We will notify you if that is the case.

Express Shipping:
You can arrange for faster shipping using USPS Express Mail, UPS 3-Day Select, or UPS 2nd Day Air additional charges will apply.  Not all items are available for faster shipping.  Please contact us for additional information on faster shipping options.

APO & FPO Shipping:
We currently ship to APO & FPO adresses.

International Shipping
International shipping is not available at this time.

Track Your Order:
Track your order by clicking on the appropriate shipper name.  You can find your tracking number by locating your "Tracking Number Confirmation" email.

Order Confirmation:
You will receive a order confirmation notice from us within 24 hours.  If you do not receive a notification within 24 hours your email may have gone to your spam folder on your computer.

Returning A Item:
We normally do not accept returns on custom made or personalized items.  Your order is being made especially for you and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned.  If there is a gross error on our part, or a defect in our product, we generally will send out a new item.  We reserve the right to replace or repair your item at our discretion.  We truely want you to 100% satisfied with your order.

All returns must have prior authorization.

Packages do and have gotten lost so please insure your package.
